Domenic Vonella

Domenic is currently President of Refinitiv Global Markets and Head of Municipals for Refinitiv, including products such as www.tm3.com and MMD yield curves. He joined Refinitiv in 2004 and has been instrumental in building the MMD brand through loyal customer support and developing MMD’s competitive advantages. Domenic has a proven track record in achieving positive business results by developing strategic business alliances, identifying new markets and developing business processes through innovation and traditional methods.

William Macpherson

Will is a FinTech entreprenuer, product specialist and expert in the field of municipal finance. Since 2015 he has been head of the Municipal Finance group at IPREO, owned by IHS Markit and a leading technology organization in the global capital markets, where he specializes in product innovation.

Prior to Ipreo, Will spent almost a decade in the Municipal Finance department at Goldman Sachs, predominantly as an underwriter - managing structure, market, price and placement strategies for municipal bond sales in the capital markets. While an underwriter, Will also specialized in systems development and design to improve efficiency in and bring clarity to the primary-market transaction process.

Matthew Hodgson

Matt is an experienced engineer with an insatiable desire to design and build amazing products. Matt currently serves as the technical architect for new municipal initiative at IHS Markit. Previous to IHS Markit, Matt served as the CTO of a number of companies including Boundless, a digital learning company acquired by Valore, TurningArt, a service that makes art more accessible to everyday people, and YouCastr, a streaming video platform for high schools.

Along the way Matt also developed the core products and technology for many startups, including video processing and transcoding infrastructure for 3 Play Media, motion capture and analysis software for Equusys, a live trading market for StarStreet (acquired by Draft Kings), and a video streaming and recording platform for Take The Interview.
